Yoshimura warranty and repair center at Nextone company, we will do the following things so that customers can use Yoshimura products for a long time.
1- Genuine Yoshimura exhaust product warranty
1.1 Free Warranty
Genuine Yoshimura exhaust products sold by Nextone and its partners will be warranted for free if they have a warranty card and satisfy the warranty conditions in the ticket as follows:
1.2 Repairs for a fee:
In case the product is purchased at Nextone company or Nextone’s partners but is in the “3. The product is not warranted in the following cases”, we will receive repair for a fee (if you request it).
The cost and time of repair will be negotiated by us with you
1.3. Warranty arrival time:
You come for warranty on working days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00 during the day (Saturday and Sunday off).
2. Exhaust repair and rework service:
2.1 Exhaust repair and rework service:
Yoshimura Service and Repair Center also provides spare parts to repair and replace exhaust parts such as: exhaust cover, exhaust core, rivet strip, Yoshimura logo
2.2 Repair time:
About 3-4 weeks after the center receives the product you send
*It may take more than a month depending on backlog and replacement supplies availability. Detailed delivery date will be notified at the time of receipt of repair request.
2.3 Reception process:

- Please send a request to repair and rebuild the exhaust unit via email info@nex-tone.asia or contact us at phone (+84-28) 6684 4164. We will resend the required information, note of repair notes to you after receiving information from you.

- If you do not agree with the terms of the Repair Notes Sheet, we may refuse to accept your request.
- Once the request has been received, please package the product to prevent it from being scratched or damaged and send it to us.
